The information you provide during a private session, course, workshop or electronic communication is of the utmost importance. It will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with any other parties.
Email Privacy
If you received an email from Jalvini Coaching, your email address is either listed as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of obtaining information in the future (“opt-in”), or you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with Jalvini Coaching. Your time and attention are respected by controlling the frequency of mailings.
Your email address will never be shared, sold, or rented to anyone. If you have received an email in error or you wish to stop receiving emails from Jalvini Coaching, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by sending an email with the word “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the header or click on the "UNSUBSCRIBE link in the email.

I agree to release Tejal Solanki & Bhavini Solanki of Jalvini Coaching (the Hypnosis Practitioners), of any responsibility or injury occurring from my hypnosis session(s).

THE HYPNOTHERAPISTS ARE NEITHER A TRAINED MENTAL HEALTH NOR A MEDICAL PRACTITIONER. Tejal Solanki & Bhavini Solanki are certified by The American Board of Hypnotherapy. At no time will your Hypnosis Practitioner attempt to provide medical or mental health therapy. You affirm that hypnosis is appropriate for you and does not conflict with existing medical or psychiatric treatment. Always seek out and follow the advice of your physician or another professional medical practitioner before considering alternative treatment.
Like the practice of medicine, Hypnotherapy, Self-hypnosis, and NLP are not absolute sciences. As a general practice, it is necessary for everyone taking part in private sessions, classes, workshops and seminars with Tejal Solanki & Bhavini Solanki of Jalvini Coaching to sign this disclaimer.
I also understand that Tejal Solanki & Bhavini Solanki do not treat or diagnose any condition and that they are facilitators of hypnosis. I understand that, while Tejal Solanki & Bhavini Solanki have my best interests in mind and will offer their guidance where asked, I am responsible for my own well-being and decision making. I also understand that I am responsible for my own interpretations of and reactions to the information presented to me. I understand that the experience of hypnosis is meant to present information that may contribute to mind, body, and spiritual balance and that Tejal Solanki & Bhavini Solanki are not responsible or liable for the information I receive while under hypnosis. I also understand that Tejal Solanki & Bhavini Solanki are not responsible for my interpretations of the information or the decisions I make based on the information. I understand that I am responsible for my own judgment and that all participation, interpretations, and decisions are my own.
I understand there are some conditions for which hypnosis is not a good fit and should not be utilized by the client. These conditions include (and are not limited to): Schizophrenia, pathological personalities, psychosis (including substance-induced), senility, dementia, brain trauma, cognitive deficiencies, epilepsy, narcolepsy, bipolar, clinical depression, suicidal tendencies, serious heart conditions, extremely high/low blood pressure, elderly/frail, substance abuse, and/or currently taking medications/substances that cause drowsiness.
I understand that if I am, in any way, unsure if hypnosis would be a good fit for me, that it is best to consult my medical doctor prior to participating in hypnosis.
Also, if pregnant (especially in the first or the second trimester), I will also consult my medical doctor prior to participating in hypnosis. I understand that by signing this document, I am accepting full responsibility for monitoring my health for this and any future group and/or individual hypnosis sessions. Should any of the aforementioned conditions present themselves in the future, I understand and agree that I shall not participate in any future sessions without first consulting with and receiving expressed consent from my health care provider. I have read and understand the above Release of Liability agreement. By my signature, I consent to this.
Waiver I am of legal age, and in consideration of my acceptance as a participant in the individual and group sessions, I for myself, my heirs, my executors, administrators, and assignees, do hereby release and discharge Tejal Solanki & Bhavini Solanki of Jalvini Coaching from all claims of damages arising from or growing out of my participation
Warranty No warranty is given, expressed or implied, for satisfactory results from your hypnosis session(s).
Tape Recording
I agree that sessions may be recorded. I agree that no compensation will be paid for any products or revenues or any other value derived from these recordings or any resulting products. I waive all rights from the use of such recordings. I do not ask for, nor expect any compensation from any of the recordings taken during the session.
Methods Used
The Practitioner employs timeline therapy, creating your future, hypnosis techniques that are designed to facilitate the client’s quest for self-improvement and relaxation. Specific additional techniques may include: Body Relaxation, Directed Meditation, and Guided Imagery.

No Refunds
Due to the exclusive content that is not available to the public and the digital nature, unless otherwise stated in writing with respect to particular Services offered for sale via this Website, Jalvini Coaching abides by a strict, no refund policy. By accepting these Terms, You agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid for access and use of the Services offered via this Website.
Membership Subscriptions:
Unless you notify us before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you.

Renewals of Subscriptions:
We endeavor to contact you via email that renewal is approaching on monthly/annual subscriptions (however not guaranteed, so note your enrollment date and set up a reminder) and the program we automatically renewal 30days/365 days later for the same monthly/annual fee (you will NOT be charged any increased prices for memberships), unless we are notified by email, that you wish to cancel.

Terms of Subscription Renewal
Membership Subscriptions automatically renew each month, quarter, bi-annual or yearly at the stated retail price upon signing up and until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Refer to Refund Policy And Subscription Cancellations section above.

Termination Of Membership
Jalvini Coaching, Tejal Solanki and Bhavini Solanki are committed to providing all clients with a positive program experience and is also very protective of any of. It is a special program and they hold the right to terminate any program at their discretion. By purchasing any program, Client and Customers agrees that Tejal and Bhavini may, at their sole discretion, terminate any program, and limit, suspend, or terminate Client’s participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if Client becomes disruptive to Company or Participants, Client fails to follow the Program guidelines, is difficult to work with, impairs the participation of the other participants in the Program, upon violation of the terms as determined by Company or where Tejal and Bhavini feels as a member you are not a good fit for any program. Client will still be liable to pay the total contract amount. Once canceled the user will no longer have access to the program, any training platform or its content.
On all Jalvini Coaching/Career Starter Incubator/Infinite You 2.0 Program forums or groups you must keep topics on track to self-improvement and development only. No drama, no excuses.

As part of the registration or account creation process, You will create or receive personally identifying login credentials. Certain personally identifying information, such as email address, phone number, billing address and even payment information (as may be applicable to particular Services which may be offered for sale via this Website), may also be required.
