What is Guided Visualization Hypnosis Meditation?

 

Guided Visualization, is a relaxation technique that involves dwelling on a positive mental image or scene. 

 

Hypnosis is a technique that creates a changed state of awareness in which people experience increased relaxation, increased attention, concentration, and suggestibility.

 

Meditation is a technique that can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. 

 

We created Guided Visualization Hypnosis Meditation by combining these three techniques, as we found our clients had profound experiences and when they were diligently listening, their lives started to change from the inside out.
